Give the rotation matrix corresponding to a rotation from a given plane to the xy plane.

Parameters:

plane (str or tuple of tuple) – Plane from which to rotate given either as a string or two tuples.

Returns:

rotation – Rotation matrix of dimension 3x3.

Return type:

np.ndarray
