waves

Module for describing wave functions of the incoming electron beam and the exit wave.

Classes

BaseWaves()	Base class of all wave functions.
PlaneWave([extent, gpts, sampling, energy, ...])	Represents electron probe wave functions for simulating experiments with a plane-wave probe, such as HRTEM and SAED.
Probe([semiangle_cutoff, extent, gpts, ...])	Represents electron-probe wave functions for simulating experiments with a convergent beam, such as CBED and STEM.
Waves(array, energy[, extent, sampling, ...])	Waves define a batch of arbitrary 2D wave functions defined by a complex array.
